Around November 11th, 2020, we decided to sell our house in Kelso, Washington and look for a new house in Vancouver, Washington. We had no idea who to turn to for help with this, and resorted to asking an online site for help. We were given the information for a few different local realtors, and we were able to talk to them over the phone and have in-person interviews with them. From the start of the process, Heather Williams stood out as an amazing realtor. She didn't start out with trying to see what kind of house she was selling, but rather started out by finding out who we were, why we were moving, what our plans were. In this process, not only did we feel comfortable with her, but she showed that she cared about us, not just as potential clients, but as people she had the skills to help. After talking to her and a couple of other realtors, we decided to work with Heather, and we have been nothing but happy with the decision. Heather has been both professional and candid, treating us not just like clients, but friends she is helping find a place that doesn't just match what we thought we wanted, but also matched who we were, our family, our plans. At every turn, whenever we ran into issues, Heather had suggestions and recommendations, all of which hit home. Our original financing company wasn't going to be able to finalize financing on our new house until two weeks after we closed on our old house. Heather recommended a local loan officer who has been an absolute joy to work with, and said she would have no problem hitting the proposed closing date we needed. When we needed to have an inspection done, Heather gave us a list of inspectors that her company recommended, but also had one that she personally had worked with and had a good rapport with. We went with him, and got an excellent inspection, as well as the offer of future advice and recommendations if we needed any work done on the house. Lastly, when the inspection on our house we were selling came back and the buyers had some heavy requests for drainage and foundation assessment, Heather had a contractor she highly recommended, and again, our interaction with the contractor was excellent. Throughout selling our house and buying a new house, Heather has been professional, patient, understanding, and has helped us maintain our sanity in a world that seems to be going a little crazy. If there was anything else I could say to recommend Heather for your realty needs, it would be that she might not get you into the house you think you want, but she will make sure you get into a house that fits who you are, what you can be, where your dreams and goals are headed. She has excellent relations with people in all the fields she interacts with, as well as the other realtors in the area. She is always working hard, excellent with her communication, and a pleasure to interact with. There is no one else we will trust with our realty transactions now or in the future. I expected it to be somewhat of a difficult process but it really was not because she kept me informed on what the next step to expect would be. Impressive realtor! Heather showed up at the house for us to interview her with Coldwell Bain booklet describing Coldwell's qualifications AND she had already found comparable homes listed for sale in the area and they were included in the book. Heather is a joy to work with and a go getter who immediately took charge of selling the house and photos were taken the next day. It listed immediately because a large local sporting event was occurring within days of photos being taken. Lots of interest during this event and a buyer found their dream home before our 1st open house. Heather was selected on 7/18/22, the house closed on 8/15/22. Hire her and your house is a good as sold, plus she's enjoyable to work with!

Our first time buying a home and the process was a breeze thanks to Heather! We were buying a home in Washington from Hawaii. Unable to travel because of covid restrictions, Heather would book viewings and call me through FaceTime, send me videos, and pictures.
